ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN KEUANGAN DAERAH DALAM MENDUNGKUNG PELAKSANAAN OTONOMI DAERAH DI KABUPATEN NIAS SELATAN

The scope of this research is a study of the analysis of regional financial capacity to support the implementation of regional autonomy in South Nias Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of regional financial capacity to support the implementation of regional autonomy in South Nias Regency. The research method used is ratio analysis using the 2011-2017 Budget Realization Report. The results show that the financial capacity of South Nias Regency to support the implementation of regional autonomy from 2011-2017, as seen from the financial independence ratio, is very inadequate to support the implementation of regional autonomy, as it falls below the 10% criterion. The regional financial dependency ratio is very inadequate, as it falls below the 10% criterion. The degree of physical decentralization ratio is very inadequate, as it falls below the 10% criterion. The financial effectiveness ratio is quite effective, as it falls below the 90% criterion. The regional financial efficiency ratio is very inefficient, as it falls above 100%.

This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation and Entrepreneurial Mentality on Young Entrepreneurial Spirit (Case Study of Students From the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Nias with an Interest In Entrepreneurship). The results of this study indicate that motivation and entrepreneurial mentality affect the entrepreneurial spirit. Furthermore, in this study, multiple linear regression equations were obtained using primary data in the form of a questionnaire about motivation, entrepreneurial mentality and young entrepreneurial spirit. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before processing research data. The test tool used is the classical assumption test. The results showed that partially the motivation ) (1,832) > and entrepreneurial mentality ) (8,424) > (1,697) so that it positive and significant to the young entrepreneurial spirit (Y) at α = 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously the motivational and entrepreneurial mental variables have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial spirit with (35,522) > (3,316) at α = 0,05.

PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR CAMAT ONOHAZUMBA KABUPATEN NIAS SELATAN

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the work environment on employee work effectiveness at the Onohazumba Subdistrict Office, South Nias Regency, using a regression analysis method. The regression equation used is Y = 44.839 + (-0.095X). The results of the study show that (1) the work environment variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness (Y), with a t-value of 2.486 > t-table value of 1.701; therefore, the statistical hypothesis test is accepted. (2) The contribution of the influence is quite large, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.352 or 35.2%, indicating that 35.2% of the variance in employee performance can be explained by the work environment variable, while the remaining 64.8% is attributed to other factors (ε). Thus, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis stating that there is an effect of the work environment (X) on employee work effectiveness (Y) is proven to be true. To improve employee work effectiveness, managerial interventions aimed at enhancing the work environment are important to achieve organizational goals

The scope of this study is the effect of member participation on the remaining operating profit at the Bumi Putera Community Savings and Loan Cooperative (KOMAS-BP) Amandraya, South Nias Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of member participation on the remaining operating profit at the Bumi Putera Community Savings and Loan Cooperative (KOMAS-BP) Amandraya, South Nias Regency. The research method used was simple linear regression analysis using time series data from 2016-2018. The results showed a negative effect between member participation and the remaining operating profit. An increase of Rp. 1 in member participation will result in a decrease in the cooperative's remaining operating profit of Rp. 20,499, with other variables remaining constant, and vice versa. A decrease in member participation by Rp. 1 will result in an increase in the cooperative's remaining operating profit of Rp. 20,499.

ANALISIS LAPORAN ARUS KAS SEBAGAI ALAT UKUR UNTUK MENILAI KINREJA KEUANGAN PT. UNILEVER TAHUN 2014-2019

Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah studi tentang analisis laporan arus kas sebagai alat ukur untuk menilai kinerja keuangan PT. Unilever tahun 2014-2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja keuangan pada PT. Unilever dengan menganalisis laporan arus kas perusahaan tersebut pada periode tertentu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis rasio arus kas. Hasil yang didapat adalah berdasarkan analisis rasio arus kas pada PT. Unilever menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan tersebut tidak mampu membayar hutang jangka pendek yang jatuh tempo dalam 1 tahun, berdasarkan analisis rasio cakupan arus dana menujukkana bahwa PT. Unilever memiliki laba yang mampu membayar komitmennya, berdasarkan analisis rasio cakupan kas terhadap hutang menunjukkan PT. Unilever memiliki arus kas yang mampu memenuhi hutang lancar, berdasarkan analisis rasio pengeluaran modal menunjukkan PT. Unilever telah mampu membayar pengeluaran modal perusahaan, berdasarkan analisis rasio total huatan menunjukkan bahwa PT. Unilever masih belum mampu membayar hutang perusahaan, berdasarkan analisis rasio kecukupana arus kas memnjukan bahwa PT. Unilever telah mampu memenuhi kewajiban lancar dan hutang lancar perusahaan selama 5 tahun.

ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT BELI KONSUMEN DI UD. LINDA TELUKDALAM

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah minat beli konsumen yang relatif rendah Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kualitas pelayanan, merek, harga dan ketersediaan barang terhadap minat beli konsumen di UD. Linda Telukdalam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen UD. Linda Telukdalam sebanyak 37 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh menggunakan data angket yang disebarkan kepada 37 konsumen di UD. Linda Telukdalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kualitas pelayanan, merek, harga dan ketersediaan barang mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan minat beli konsumen di UD. Linda Telukdalam. Disimpulkan bahwa ketika terjadinya peningkatan pada faktor kualitas pelayanan, merek, harga dan ketersediaan barang, maka minat beli konsumen mengalami peningkatan. Peneliti menyarankan (1) UD. Linda Telukdalam perlu memberikan pelayanan secara konsisten kepada konsumen sehingga konsumen senang dan mau membeli ulang. Pelayanan yang konsisten seperti mengutamakan melayani konsumen yang sudah lama dating; (2) UD. Linda Telukdalam perlu menunjukkan sikap empati terhadap konsumen seperti mendekati dan menganggap konsumen sebagai teman dekat atau keluarga sehingga memberikan kesan yang baik kepada pembeli; (3) UD. Linda Telukdalam harus memperhatikan dan menyesuaikan harga barangnya dengan pesaing lainnya sehingga barang yang ditawarkan dapat dijangkau oleh konsumen.
