PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR CAMAT LOLOFITU MOI KABUPATEN NIAS BARAT

The purpose of this research is to find out how big the influence of motivation and compensation is on the performance of employees at the Lolfitu Moi sub-district office, West Nias Regency. This research uses a quantitative type of research to see the relationship between variables and the object being studied in a more causal manner, so that in the research there are independent variables and dependent variables. The sampling technique in this research used total sampling with a sample size of 32 employees. Data collection uses questionnaires or questionnaires in data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that motivation (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) where the motivation variable (X) obtained a value of tcount (3.646) > ttable (1.694) and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Furthermore, the compensation variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) where the value of tcount (1.796) > ttable (1.694) and the significance level is 0.115 > 0.06, which means that partially the compensation variable (X2) has a significant effect on the performance variable. employee (Y). The results of the simultaneous test (F test), show that the value of Fcount (3.227) > Ftable (2.701) and the significance level is 0.054 > 0.05, so it can be stated that the motivation variable (X1) and compensation (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the variable employee performance (Y). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.177, so it can be interpreted that motivation and compensation are only able to explain employee performance variables by 77% while the remaining 23% is not explained in this research.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana iklan dan harga deterjen Daia mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen dengan menguji hubungan antara pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Kepuasan konsumen akan dijadikan variabel perantara dalam analisis. Metodologinya bersifat kuantitatif dan asosiatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 responden, dan ada dua jenis sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Kuesioner akan digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Metode analisis jalur adalah metode yang digunakan untuk penyelidikan data. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa persamaan struktural pertama loyalitas konsumen gabungan dan parsial menjadi landasan pengaruh iklan dan harga produk, begitu pula pengaruh iklan dan harga produk melalui kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Daia Detergent. Karena adanya kepuasan konsumen terhadap iklan dan harga produk, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pelaku usaha dagang harus mampu menawarkan harga produk dan iklan untuk menumbuhkan rasa loyalitas terhadap suatu produk. Tesis ini mengemukakan argumen bahwa salah satu elemen yang dapat mempengaruhi perasaan konsumen terhadap suatu produk adalah iklan. Iklan yang lebih efektif dan menarik akan mendorong opini positif terhadap produk tersebut.

Hubungan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Klinik Victory Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan

This research aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at the Victory Telukdalam Clinic, South Nias Regency. This type of research is a type of quantitative correlational research. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source was obtained through distributing questionnaires to employees at the Victory Clinic. The sampling technique used was a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method, so the population in this study was all employees at the Victory Teluk Dalam clinic and the sample used in this research was all employees at the Victory Teluk Dalam clinic, totaling 31 people. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that there is a relationship between work motivation and employee performance at the Victory Telukdalam clinic, South Nias Regency.
