Companies experiencing financial distress are negatively correlated with the level of Interest Coverage Ratio. The aim of this research is to find out how cash flow, profitability and leverage impact financial distress in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. A quantitative approach with secondary data was used in data collection. Information about financial performance from the financial reports of food and beverage industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018–2022 is used. This research looked at 88 companies as a population and 11 companies as a sample. The sampling method used in the research is a purposive sampling technique, namely taking samples with consideration and meeting the specified criteria. The data processing method in this research is to use Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this research show that Cash Flow (AKO), Profitability (ROA) and Leverage (DAR and DER) do not have a significant effect on Financial Distress. Profitability (ROE) cannot be identified as to its influence on Financial Distress because it experienced an Excluded Variable at the research model analysis stage.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of product innovation and social media on the success of trading businesses at Helezalulu Market, Lahusa District. This study used quantitative research. The population and sample size were 33 respondents. The data used were primary data, and the data sources were business owners. The data analysis method used was multiple regression analysis. Based on the results, it was determined that product innovation and social media simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on the success of trading businesses at Helezalulu Market, Lahusa District. The recommendations of this study are: (1) To increase business success, every trader should use social media applications to assist entrepreneurs in promoting all marketed products. (2) It is recommended that every business actor using social media includes notes such as a cell phone number so that communication is faster and more efficient. (3) Business actors should be more creative in designing various products to increase business success. (4) To create new products, it is very necessary for entrepreneurs to have good ideas to attract buyers' attention.

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and creativity on the entrepreneurial interest of Economic Education Students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Nias Raya University. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a causal nature. The population in this study was 265 Economic Education Study Program students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Nias Raya University. The sampling technique uses a stratified sampling technique, with a sample size of 73 people. The data collection technique used in this research is the questionnaire technique. The analytical method that will be used to test the hypothesis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that motivation and creativity have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The conclusion of this research is that, partially, the motivation variable influences the interest in entrepreneurship of students in the Economic Education study program at Nias Raya University and the creativity variable influences the interest in entrepreneurship of students in the Economic Education study program at Nias Raya University, and simultaneously the motivation variable and the creativity variable influence the interest in entrepreneurship of students in the Education study program. The suggestion in this research is that to increase interest in entrepreneurship, students should first choose motivation both internally and externally and have creativity in entrepreneurship. With the motivation and creativity possessed by students, it will increase interest in entrepreneurship.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal uaha dan karakteristik wirausaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha percetakan dan fotokopi di kecamatan telukdalam. Metode penelitian yang dgunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel modal usaha memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha percetakan dan fotokopi di Kecamatan Telukdalam dengan nilai signifikan 0,086 > 0,05. Variabel karakteristik wirausaha memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha percetakan dan fotokopi di Kecamatan Telukdalam dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 > 0,05. Variabel modal usaha dan karakteristik wirausaha secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha percetakan dan fotokopi di Kecamatan Telukdalam dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 > 0,05. Untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha percetakan dan fotokopi di Kecamatan Telukdalam, sebaiknya menggunakan modal sendiri sebagai sumber modal usaha, meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam pemeliharaan dan penggunaan mesin yang baik, memilih mesin yang terbaik, menciptakan produk baru atau produk yang belum terdapat di daerah lokasi usaha, memiliki catatan keuangan yang baik, mencatat nama pelanggan yang mengutang dan jumlah utang.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee work productivity at the Telukdalam Subdistrict office, South Nias Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The population was all employees totaling 33 respondents while the sample used a saturated sampling technique with a population of 33 people so the entire research sample was used. This type of research data is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. The data source for this research is from consumers using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it was determined that there was a partial influence of leadership style on employee work productivity at the Telukdalam Subdistrict office, South Nias Regency, and there was a simultaneous influence of work motivation on employee work productivity at the Telukdalam Subdistrict office, South Nias Regency. The suggestions of this research are (1) It is hoped that superiors will provide adequate training and ensure that each employee understands their duties and responsibilities clearly. Apart from that, it is necessary to implement a strict monitoring system to help or prevent errors. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Sombawa sub-district office, South Nias district. The type of research used in this research is associative quantitative research. The data source is the population and the sample in this study was 31 respondents. The data collection technique is to use a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the first partial test research, work motivation on employee performance at the Somambawa sub-district office, show that the value of tcount (2.767) T t_able (1.701) means that there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance at the Somambawa sub-district office, South Nias district. The results of the second partial test, work environment on employee performance, show that the results of T _count (2.038) > T _table (1.701) have a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance at the Somambawa sub-district office, South Nias district. Simultaneous test results show that F_count (5.370) > (3.343) means that work motivation and work environment variables simultaneously influence employee performance variables at the Somambawa sub-district office, South Nias district. Suggestions in this research: The leadership of the Somambawa Subdistrict Office, South Nias Regency should continuously provide work motivation to employees in the organization so that they are encouraged and motivated to carry out their work with enthusiasm. The leadership of the Somambawa Subdistrict Office, South Nias Regency needs to pay attention to and improve work facilities such as provision of personal computers, ventilation, fans and work equipment that can support the implementation of work within the organization. Employees of the Somambawa Subdistrict Office, South Nias Regency should carry out their work with enthusiasm and maximize the results of their work well using their abilities. Employee work should be adjusted to the abilities obtained with the aim of improving organizational performance.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and leadership on employee work effectiveness at the West Nias Regency Education Office. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data source is from employees, with a population of 33 people and a sample of 33 people. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely employees of the West Nias Regency Education Office. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Work Discipline (X₁) has a significant influence on Work Effectiveness (Y) where the Work Discipline variable (X₁) obtained a value of tcount (2.353)>ttable (1.697) and a significant level of 0.000>0.05. Furthermore, the Leadership variable (X₂) has a significant effect on Work Effectiveness (Y), where tcount (4.598)>ttable (1.697) is obtained with a significance level of 0.000>0.05, which means that partially the Leadership variable (X₂) has a significant effect on the Effectiveness variable. Work (Y). The results of the simultaneous test (F Test), show that the value of Fcount (15.256)>Ftable (3.32) and the significance level is 0.000>0.05, so it can be stated that the variables Work Discipline (X₁) and Leadership (X₂) simultaneously have an effect positive and significant for the Work Effectiveness variable (Y). The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.504, so it can be interpreted that Work Discipline and Leadership are only able to explain the Work Effectiveness variable by 50.4% while the remaining 49.6% is explained by other variables not mentioned in the research.

Using an associative quantitative research approach, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis to evaluate data. This research covers a population of 40 employees, with a sampling method of saturated samples with the same number. Primary data is collected directly from respondents through questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that leadership and rewards have a partially significant influence on employee performance. In addition, these factors collectively have a significant and positive influence on performance. To improve employee performance, leaders must better address employee weaknesses and focus on increasing motivation through rewards. It is recommended that the leadership at UPTD Puskesmas Mandrehe pay more attention to motivational incentives to boost employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at the Telukdalam sub-district office. This type of research is a causal qualitative research. The sample in this study were all employees at the Telukdalam sub-district office with a total population of 31 employees. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture variables have no effect on employee performance at the Telukdalam sub-district office, South Nias Regency. In this study, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely: Y = 0.46 + 0.68X and a t_value of 0.249 was obtained which was smaller than the t_table 2.045 because the t_value (0.249) < t_table (2.045) organizational culture had an effect on employee performance but the effect is very small. Furthermore, the calculated significance value is 0.805 > 0.05 alpha level, because the calculated significance value is > 0.05, organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how interest and currency rates affect the price of PT shares. From 2017 to 2021, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) was listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Associative quantitative research is the methodology employed. Multiple linear regression analysis is the data analysis method employed. The study's findings demonstrate the impact of interest and currency rates on stock prices. Moreover, a multiple linear regression analysis equation was derived for this study, which reads as follows: Y = 6,416,190 + (–2,771)X1 + (–419,382)X2, where 6,416,190 is the constant value. This indicates that the share price (Y) is 6,416.190 if the interest rate (X1) and exchange rate (X2) variables are zero. Regression coefficient (X1) for interest rates is -2.771. Assuming the other independent variables remain constant, this indicates that the share price variable (Y) will decline by -2.771 if the interest rate (X1) rises by one unit, or 100%. Interest rates and stock prices are impacted by this negative influence.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price on UD consumer purchasing decisions. Henny Aluminum. This type of research is quantitative and associative by distributing questionnaires to UD consumers. Henny Aluminum Teluk in South Nias Regency. With an incidental sampling technique, the sample size was thirty-three respondents. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before collecting data. From the results of data analysis carried out through partial statement items, it is stated that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions with a tcount of 5.397 > ttable 1.692 and a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05. Shows that the diversity of the dependent variable is explained by the independent variable 71.3% while the remaining 28.7% is a variable outside the model. Suggestions put forward to improve product purchasing decisions at UD. Henny Aluminum Teluk in South Nias Regency means that business actors should pay attention to the affordability of consumers in purchasing the products they sell.

It is an associative quantitative research design. Employees of the South Nias Regency Transportation Service are the source of the data. There were forty individuals working at the South Nias Regency Transportation Service Office, making up the sample for this study. Employees of the South Nias Regency Transportation Service are the responders to the questionnaires that are sent as part of the data gathering method. Simple regression analysis is the data analysis technique employed. The study's findings indicate that employee performance is impacted by HRD, as indicated by the computed t_value of 2.036, which is higher than the t_(table)= 1.689 value and the regression analysis's findings of Y = 35.455 + 0.356. The study's conclusion is that employee performance in the South Nias District Transportation Service is somewhat influenced by human resource development. According to the research, in order for employees to work effectively and professionally, the leadership of the South Nias Regency Transportation Service should be more cautious and truly selective when it comes to job rotations. Additionally, it is imperative that training sessions or job instruction exercises be held in order to provide employees with more work experience.

The suggestion in this research is, in order to run a business successfully, people must have an entrepreneurial spirit and motivation so that people can overcome business risks by minimizing existing risks so that the business can provide profits that are greater than the expenditure.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi dan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nias Raya. Tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nias Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiwa aktif prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nias Raya sebanyak 331 mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah desain sampel probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik stratified sampling (pengambilan sampel bertingkat). Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 77 mahasiswa. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu jenis kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yaitu data primer. Teknik analisis data yaitu teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nias Raya. Selanjutnya secara parsial, variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nias Raya, secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi dan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat berwirausaha Mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nias Raya, Sebagai saran pada penelitian ini adalah perlunya meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan banyak ide dan gagasan tentang bisnis melalui praktek berwirausaha dan pembelajaran tentang kewirausahaan, motivasi dari luar untuk memodali mahasiswa dalam menciptakan usaha sendiri, perlunya meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menganalisis aspek peluang bisnis, sehingga dapat menumbuhkan percaya diri mahasiswa untuk memulai bisnis atau usaha, mahasiswa harus mampu melihat peluang bisnis yang ada dengan pribadi yang kreatif dan inovasi serta pantang menyerah. perlunya menambah dan memperbanyak aktivitas untuk mengkuti kegiatan tentang wirausaha seperti seminar dan kegiatan wirausaha lainnya.

This research aims to determine the motivation for interest in entrepreneurship in the people of Bawolowalani Lorong 1 Village, Teluk Dalam District, South Nias Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study, the people of Bawolowalani Lorong 1 Village, Teluk Dalam District, was 272 people. The sampling method used was a simple random sampling technique, with a sample size of 73 people. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source was obtained through distributing questionnaires directly to the people of Bawolowalani Lorong 1 Village. The data collection technique used in this research is the questionnaire technique. The analytical method that will be used to test the hypothesis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that motivation influences the entrepreneurial interest of the people of Bawolowalani Lorong 1 Village, Teluk Dalam District, South Nias Regency. The conclusion in this research is that, partially, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The suggestion in this research is, in increasing entrepreneurial motivation, people should first have the desire to become entrepreneurs by working hard, developing ideas, thinking optimistically and remaining focused on the goals they want to achieve and to increase interest in entrepreneurship, people need to understand the importance of entrepreneurship, have entrepreneurial skills, daring to take risks and not being afraid of failure, so that interest in entrepreneurship in society will increase.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial motivation on the success of motorbike repair shops in Telukdalam District, South Nias Regency. The type of research is quantitative, the population of this research is 40 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The type of data for this research is primary data, while the data source for this research is from motorbike repair shops using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is simple regression analysis. The results of the research are that there is a significant influence of entrepreneurial motivation on the success of motorbike repair shops in Telukdalam District, South Nias Regency. The suggestions for this research are (1) To increase business success, especially motorbike repair shops in Telukdalam District, the government should provide entrepreneurial motivation for every micro business actor through loans with relatively small interest to facilitate the community's economic cycle. (2) Because entrepreneurial motivation variables have a big influence on business success, every entrepreneur and related parties who determine business success need to consider this carefully.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and competitive advantage on the success of trading businesses in Telukdalam City. The type of research used is quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is the type of primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. The data source used in this study is from trading business actors by using a questionnaire with 42 respondents. The data collection technique is a questionnaire by giving a list of statements to respondents to fill out. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing research with a value of t_hitung = 3.025> t_table = 1.682 on entrepreneurial knowledge and t_hitung = 2.981> t_table = 1.682 on competitive advantage, meaning that there is an influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and competitive advantage on the success of trading businesses in Telukdalam City. The suggestions for this study are (1) To increase business success in trading businesses in the city of Telukdalam, you should have entrepreneurial knowledge that can optimize a business on the road.

This study aims to determine the effect of Competence on Employee Performance at the Telukdalam District Office, South Nias Regency. This type of research uses quantitative research that is causal in nature. The source of the type of data collected by the researcher is primary data obtained directly from the research location, namely by distributing questionnaires to all employees of the Telukdalam District Office, South Nias Regency. The population in this study were all those who worked at the Telukdalam District Office, South Nias Regency, as many as 30 people. and were used as samples based on the results of the study. The data analysis technique used in this study was simple linear regression analysis. Simple regression analysis is a statistical analysis approach used to describe the relationship between the dependent variable (Employee Performance) and the independent variable. (Competence). Based on the partial test, the Competence variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Telukdalam District Office, South Nias Regency. The author's suggestion is that in the world of work, expertise or competence is needed to be able to complete tasks or a job quickly and accurately, for that employees should get a form of short-term socialization or education in increasing knowledge in completing tasks or jobs.

This research aims to determine the influence of competency and work enthusiasm on employee performance at the Toma sub-district office, South Nias Regency. The type of research the author uses is quantitative research. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Toma District Head Office. The population in this study was all employees at the Toma Subdistrict Office, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique used non-profitability sampling with a saturated sampling technique, and a sample of 30 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that partially, competency has a significant effect on employee performance and work morale has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, competency and work enthusiasm have a significant effect on employee performance at the Toma Subdistrict Office, South Nias Regency. Based on the research results and data analysis from this research, the researcher concluded that there is a significant influence of competence and work enthusiasm on employee performance at the Toma Subdistrict Office, South Nias Regency. The suggestions for this research are, 1) it is necessary to increase the competency skills of employees at the Toma Subdistrict Office, South Nias Regency. 2) It is necessary to hold training activities for officials to improve their skills in accordance with their duties in their field. 3) It is necessary to give awards in the form of praise to employees for their achievements and performance. 4) Increase cooperation in carrying out work between employees and leaders. 5) There needs to be awareness in changing the work environment for the better.
