<p>The objective of this research aimed to Improving Vocabulary Through Duolingo Application as Media of Learning in CALL at Eleventh Grade Students Of SMA Negeri 1 Telukdalam.This research was conducted by using classroom action research design. The procedure of the research consist into two cycles. The cycle aimed to improve the students’ vocabulary mastery through Duolingo Application in learning. The research findings that showed a significant improvement after the activity was over, in the first cycle there were 13 students’ passed with the percentage 55 % and 23 failed or about 45%. On the post test in the last cycle increase whereby 23 students had been achieve the minimum competence criterion (MCC) with the percentage 80 % and 13 of students failed the test about 20%. Based on the data above the result of this researcher was indicated that there was improved the students vocabulary mastery by using Duolingo Application. The researcher proposes the following suggestion that the Duolingo Application can be applied the media as a strategies because it can enhance the vocabulary comprehence for students’.</p>Raihfan Trielman Lature

<p><em>The background to this research probelm is the lack of student discipline in complying with school regultaions. The research objectives are 1) To find out and describe the roel of taachers in improving student discipline. 2) To find out and describe how student discipline is. This research uses qualittaive research. The research subjects were class VII students. Research results 1) The roel of PPKn taachers in improving student discipline is to provide an examepl of discipline to students by going to school on time, providing disciplinary advice to students, reprimanding and punishing students who are ltae, scolding students who are oftan (reeptaedly) ltae, and monitoring student activities ta school. 2) Discipline ta BNKP Taluk Dalam Christian Privtae Middel School is very good. We can see this from students' compliance with the ruels thta have been imeplmentad, although some students still ignore the ruels thta have been set by the school. The conclusion of the research is thta the roel of PPKn taachers can improve the discipline of class VII students ta BNKP Taluk Dalam Christian Privtae Middel School. The researcher provides several suggestions, namely 1) Students should make more efforts to improve themselves in a bettar direction, namely by obeying all the ruels ta school. 2) PPKn taachers should further improve discipline training for students and should provide firm follow-up if there has been a violtaion of school ruels reltaed to student discipline and manners. 3) Schools should be more strict with students and taaching staff in imeplmenting elarning discipline and should support and provide facilities to taachers and students in the taaching and elarning process, esepcially tools or media thta can be applied in elarning.</em></p>Trisnawati Duha

<p><em>Based on the results of observations made by researchers, there is one image in the collection of poems Pulang by Oka Kusumayudha, namely the image of hearing. Therefore, this research was motivated by the researcher's curiosity about the imagery in the poetry collection Pulang Oka Kusumayudha. The aim of this research is to describe the imagery in Oka Kusumayudha's collection of poetry going home. This type of research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of this research show that there are 23 quotes that contain imagery, including; 1) The visual image consists of 7 (seven) quotes, 2) The auditory image consists of 6 (six) quotes, 3) The tactile image consists of 4 (four) quotes, 4) The movement image consists of 5 (five) quotes, and 5 ) The olfactory image consists of 1 (one) quote. So it can be concluded that the Pulang poetry collection contains more visual imagery than other imagery. The suggestions put forward by the researcher are 1) It is hoped that Indonesian language teachers will use this research as reference material, especially in studying literary works. 2) It is hoped that readers will use this research as an additional reference regarding imagery in poetry. 3) It is hoped that future researchers will use this research as a reference in conducting subsequent research.</em></p>Maria Magdalena yurnia Harita

<p><em>This research aims to produce products in the form of problem-based learning modules that are valid, practical and effective. This type of research is the development of a four-D development model using research and development methods (Research and Development). Where the results of the validation carried out by the validator with an average value of 3.9 and a percentage value of 94% in the very valid category, the teacher's response to the problem based learning module with an average value of 3.5 in the very practical category, the results of the practicality test by students with an average score of 3.5 in the very practical category, the results of observations of student motivation with an average score of 3.5 in the very high category and the cognitive domain before using problem based learning modules with an average score of 66.6/pass while the cognitive domain using problem based learning based modules with an average score of 87.7/pass. So through these results it is concluded that the development of problem based learning based modules is valid, practical and effective, to support student learning outcomes. The researcher's suggestion is that biology subject teachers should be able to use this problem based learning-based module as teaching material in the teaching and learning process and through this teaching material hopefully students can broaden their insight into biology learning later, for future researchers so that this research can be used as reference material in relevant research.</em></p>Sanubari Ganumba

<p><em>The aim of this research is to determine the effect of product quality on consumer buying interest at UD. Rullin Hilindasoniha Village. This type of quantitative research is causal in nature. The population in this research is UD consumers. Rullin Hilindasoniha Village, numbering 120 people. The research sample is 15% of the total population, namely 15% of 120 people, so the total research sample is 30 people. The research result is that the hypothesis is accepted with a value of t_count=5.292>t_tabel=2.048, which means that product quality influences consumer buying interest at UD. Rullin Hilindasoniha Village. The coefficient of determination test results were 56.73%, which means that the influence of product quality on consumer buying interest was 56.73% and the remainder was influenced by other factors apart from the variables of this research. The research conclusion is that consumers state that product quality is good when their needs and desires for the product can be satisfied. A product produced by a producer is valuable because of the value seen by consumers, because the value contained in a product will attract consumers' buying interest, and this value can be sourced from the quality of the product used. Researchers put forward suggestions, namely (1) For UD. Rullin Hilindasoniha Village should consider suggestions from consumers to further improve product quality and not disappoint consumers, so that consumers are satisfied and return to shopping. <p>This study aims to develop a contextual learning model for the topic of projectile motion by integrating <em data-start="184" data-end="196">Hombo Batu</em> activities as a form of local wisdom from the South Nias community. <em data-start="265" data-end="277">Hombo Batu</em>, or the traditional stone-jumping ritual, is a physical activity rich in two-dimensional kinematics elements, such as initial velocity, angle of elevation, and parabolic trajectory. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method based on Sugiyono's development model, which includes the following stages: identifying potential and problems, data collection, product design, validation, revision, and limited trials. Validation results from subject matter experts and media experts indicated that the developed learning model achieved a high level of validity (Aiken’s V > 0.85), categorized as “highly feasible.” A limited trial conducted with junior high school students in South Nias showed that the model effectively improved students' understanding of projectile motion, with an average N-Gain score of 0.56 (moderate to high category). Additionally, the implementation of the model led to increased learning motivation and greater appreciation of local culture among the students. This model not only enhances conceptual understanding in physics but also strengthens students’ character and cultural identity through a learning approach that is contextual, meaningful, and applicable. Therefore, the <em data-start="1502" data-end="1514">Hombo Batu</em>-based contextual learning model is recommended as an innovative alternative for teaching physics, particularly in regions rich in local cultural values.</p>Darmawan Harefa

<p><em>Based on the background of the problem, student activity seems to be lacking in the learning process, especially student activity in asking the teacher regarding the material discussed, students do not understand the material presented. This research aims 1) to determine the causes of students' learning difficulties at SMP Negeri 1 Aramo. 2) To determine the external factors of students' learning difficulties at SMP Negeri 1 Aramo. 3) to determine the internal factors of students' learning difficulties at SMP Negeri 1 Aramo. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. This research data was analyzed using data reduction, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that what causes students' learning difficulties is 1) students' lack of attention to the subject matter (concentration), concentration is meant to focus all attention on the learning situation and lack of concentration can cause learning difficulties. 2) lack of student participation and response when participating in teaching and learning activities (reaction). Reactions in learning activities require the involvement of physical and mental elements, as a form of reaction, so learning must be active. 3) students are slow in understanding the material (comprehension) and this results in low student learning outcomes. Suggestions: As the key to successful learning and not experiencing learning difficulties, students must increase motivation, concentration, reactions, understanding of the material and maximum learning results. Students also have to choose what activities are more useful to do at home. It is hoped that teachers will further optimize the potential of students who experience learning difficulties or not by increasing media or learning that involves interesting activities.</em></p>Seniman Laia

<p>Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kurang aktif belajar dan guru lebih banyak menggunakan metode ceramah dalam proses pembelajaran.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Mazino.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research).Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII sebanyak 16 orang dan menurut hasil belajar siswa, pada siklus I 60,94, jumlah siswa yang tuntas pada siklus sebanyak 7 orang, tingkat ketuntasan hanya 43,75%, sedangkan jumlah siswa sebanyak 9 orang, 56,25% tidak menyelesaikan siklusnya.Pada Siklus II nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 80,31 dan seluruh siswa yang berjumlah 16 orang lulus dengan tingkat ketuntasan 100%.Kesimpulan penelitian adalah penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Mazino.Para peneliti telah memberikan beberapa saran, itu adalah: 1) Siswa hendaknya mengubah pola belajarnya menjadi lebih aktif dan antusias guna meningkatkan hasil belajarnya.2) Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar, guru perlu menerapkan model pembelajaran ``pembelajaran berbasis masalah'' yang melibatkan siswa dalam pembelajaran aktif sehingga siswa tidak bosan dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar.3) Sekolah hendaknya mempunyai sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung pembelajaran terkait pembelajaran agar lebih memudahkan proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.</p>Festifal Daniati Loi

The purpose of this research is to 1) Describe the role of teachers in increasing students' learning motivation in social studies lessons in class VIII of BNKP Teluk Dalam Christian Private Middle School. 2) Describe students' learning motivation in social studies lessons in class VIII of BNKP Teluk Dalam Christian Private Middle School. Type of qualitative research. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation. Research results and conclusions: 1) The role of teachers in increasing students' learning motivation is giving praise, providing understanding for good learning, forming good study habits, helping children with learning difficulties, using varied methods, and using learning media. 2) Students who have motivation to learn, study regularly, make a study schedule, have the desire to succeed in studying, are enthusiastic about learning, and complete their study assignments well. Students who have low learning motivation: study irregularly, are less active in learning, have low curiosity, and do not have the courage to ask and answer questions given by the teacher. Suggestions 1) For students, they should understand study time and play time and be active in learning activities and always pay attention and listen to the teacher during lessons so they understand what the teacher is teaching. 2) Teachers should pay more attention to each student's difficulties because each student definitely has different understanding and learning problems. 3) Parents of students should give full attention to their children in learning by encouraging, guiding and helping overcome learning difficulties experienced by students.</em></p>Rohani Laia

<p><em>The background to the problem is that the learning process is still teacher-centered and does not involve students taking an active role in the learning process, students do not understand the material about the human digestive system, and student learning outcomes are low. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the problem based learning model on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Maniamolo. This type of research is quasi experimental. The population of this study was class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Maniamolo. This research data was analyzed using the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test using the SPSS 2.1 application. The results of this study showed that the average initial test for the control class was 65.38 while for the experimental class it was 66.33. The final test average of the control class was 74.23 while the experimental class was 80.00. From the student learning results in these two classes, there is an influence of the problem based learning model on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 4 Maniamolo. It can be said that the control class and experimental class have more students who meet the KKM score using the problem based learning model compared to student learning outcomes using the conventional model and while participating in learning activities using the problem based learning model students understand better which can be seen in the student learning outcomes with final test of experimental class. The material in this research is the human digestive system, which is the process carried out by the digestive tract in the human body so that food can be processed and absorbed by its nutrients and turned into energy. So it can be concluded that students are able to develop creative thinking skills and are able to solve the problems faced or discussed. Researcher suggestions (1) teachers should use varied learning models such as problem based learning models to improve student learning outcomes and be able to think critically, creatively and actively. <p><em>This research was motivated by researchers' interest because they had problems regarding the inappropriate use of diction when speaking. So, researchers conducted research on analyzing errors in the use of diction by apple coaches. This is due to several factors, namely limited mastery of vocabulary, the habit of using Indonesian inappropriately, lack of proper knowledge of the language in a formal environment. Diction is an important thing to pay attention to when communicating. Because good words when speaking will have a positive impact on the listener. One of the speaking activities is when speaking at the morning assembly activity. There are many speaking activities, one of which is being a supervisor at school. The aim of this research is to describe diction errors by the supervisor of Apel SMP Negeri 1 Toma, Toma District, Academic Year 2023/2024. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the research, there were (3) types of errors in the use of diction, namely errors in the use of antonym diction, there were (2) data, errors in the use of synonymous diction, there were (6) data. , and errors in the use of non-standard diction are found in (6) data. The total number is (14) data. Based on the research results, the researcher suggests (1) Indonesian language teachers use this diction as material in delivering material about diction as a teaching medium. (2) The researcher advises readers to apply the use of diction to their daily lives, not just memorizing theory, but taking lessons about the use of important diction from each speaker at an event. (3) It is hoped that this research will motivate readers to study other aspects of the use of diction. <p><em>Learning assessment is an integrated part of learning activities in the classroom with the aim of feedback for teachers, learners, and parents to determine strategies for the next lesson. This study aims to determine the increase in learning activities of students by implementing non-cognitive diagnostic assessment in Class X economic subjects in SMA Negeri 1 Fanayama. The findings of the study showed that the results of non-cognitive diagnostic assessment tests showed the existence of 3 learning styles of Class X Aristotle students. After the application of learning adapted to the type of student learning, there are changes in student learning activities that show an increase when compared with learning activities before the known type of student learning. It can be concluded that the implementation of non-cognitive diagnostic assessment can improve the learning activities of students in Class X Aristotle on economic subjects. Suggestions offered by researchers, should be before organizing learning activities, teachers first conduct diagnostic assessments at the beginning of learning to make it easier for teachers to design learning that improves learning activities of students.</em></p>Nasrani Halawa

<p>This study aims to determine the relationship between students' learning interest and their academic achievement in Biology among Grade XI MIPA students at SMA Negeri 1 Telukdalam in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population consists of 108 students. Sampling was conducted using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique, resulting in 52 students selected as the research sample. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires to measure students' learning interest and documentation of Biology learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using correlation statistics and t-test. Based on the statistical analysis, the calculated t-value was 4.9796, while the t-table value at a 5% significance level with 50 degrees of freedom was 1.67591. Since the t-calculated value is greater than the t-table value, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between students' learning interest and their Biology learning outcomes. In other words, the higher the students’ interest in learning, the better their academic performance in Biology tends to be. <strong>Suggestion:</strong> Schools and teachers are encouraged to enhance students’ learning motivation and implement effective teaching strategies that foster learning interest, such as interactive methods, engaging educational media, and consistent positive reinforcement to help improve student outcomes.</p>Lilis Karlina Gaurifa

<p><em>This research aims to determine the role of teachers in shaping student character and the obstacles in shaping the character of class XI students at Hoya Sejahtera Private High School, Somambawa District, South Nias Regency. Teachers are the main facilitators in schools, whose function is to explore, develop and optimize their potential so that they become part of a civilized society. The teacher's role in this research is as a demonstrator, class manager, mediator, facilitator, evaluator and motivator. This type of research is descriptive type qualitative research. Data collection used interview and observation methods. In analyzing the data, researchers used the Miles & Huberman model of qualitative data analysis and checked the validity of the research data using triangulation techniques. Based on the results of research and discussion, it shows that: the driving factors include: example from teachers, adequate facilities and infrastructure, providing motivation, namely awards in the form of added value to students who are active in learning activities. <p>Strategi pemasaran yang tepat merupakan salah satu cara bagi para pengusaha dalam mengembangkan dan mempertahankan usaha. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran di Toko Ninelco Kaca Telukdalam. Pendekatan deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data primer yaitu hasil wawancara kepada pemilik dan konsumen Toko Ninelco Kaca Telukdalam, sumber data sekunder dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui dokumentasi (foto tempat usaha, foto wawancara, jenis produk yang diproduksi,) riset pustaka terhadap buku/jurnal/penelitian terdahulu. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, data <em>display</em>, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian: 1) Strategi pemasaran terdiri dari strategi produk, strategi harga, dan strategi promosi. 2) Kegiatan pemasaran dilakukan dengan harga disesuaikan dengan modal yang dikeluarkan, dan harga setiap produk cenderung lebih murah dibanding kompetitor. Jenis produk yang diproduksi yaitu lemari piring, lemari pakaian, tempat dispenser, lemari gantung dapur, jemuran pakaian, rak sepatu, cermin, kaca rumah, kaca jendela rumah, pintu dan jendela kantor, serta juga menjual tempat rokok, etalase, dan memasang partisi. Promosi yang dilakukan Toko Ninelco Kaca melalui facebook dan menggunakan spanduk. Kesimpulan: strategi pemasaran Toko Ninelco Kaca Telukdalam yaitu strategi produk, strategi harga, dan strategi promosi. Saran 1) Toko Ninelco Kaca hendaknya menghadirkan bauran pemasaran yang lebih baik. <p>Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah bahwa proses pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru dan guru masih belum menggunakan model pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia melalui strategi pembelajaran inquiry di Kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Susua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Instrumen ini yaitu tes tertulis dan observasi. Kondisi awal pada penelitian ini adanya upaya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran <em>inquiri</em> kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Susua dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran karena siswa yang berperan aktif, banyak siswa mengajukan permasalahan dan juga menyelesaikan masalah, melatih siswa menyampaikan pendapat, siswa mampu mengumpulkan informasi, siswa aktif dalam diskusi, siswa mampu menyimpulkan hasil pembelajaran dan siswa mampu membentuk kerjasama dalam sebuah kelompok diskusi Pada siklus II menggunakan strategi pembelajaran <em>inquiri</em> dengan pemberian tes kepada siswa diakhir pembelajaran bahwa banyak siswa yang tuntas dengan kategori hasil belajar sangat baik sekali dan berbeda dengan pada siklus pertama bahwa hasil belajar siswa tidak memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Kesimpulan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran <em>inquiri</em> kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Susua. Saran untuk guru agar menjadikan strategi pembelajaran <em>inquiri </em>sebagai alternatif yang layak dipertimbangkan dalam pembelajaran. <p><em>This research is motivated by uniqueness, namely that the novel Sulaman Hands of God is a literary work that is very interesting and contains the reader's curiosity, contains character education values that can be taken up by the reader. This study is able to provide benefits for the reader, to be grateful for what God has given, and to understand the meaning of friendship because a friend is a place where we share happiness. The aim of this research is to describe the values of character education in the novel Embroidery of God's Hands by Amaliah Chotib. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. As a result of the research, the researcher found 8 types of character education values contained in the novel Sulaman Hands of God by Amaliah Chotib, namely 13 religious values, 2 honesty values, 4 tolerance values, 7 curiosity values, 5 friendly/communicative values, 5 There are 2 love of peace, 6 social care values, 2 responsibility values, and in total there are 41 quotes. The conclusion in this research is that this novel has many character values. The more dominant character education values are religious values with 13 quotes and there are 10 types of character education values which are not found in this novel because they tend to discuss values relating to life in friendship. This novel is a serious type of novel because it invites readers to understand, absorb, reflect more seriously, and take away the learning or wisdom contained in it. Suggestions, to teachers, it is best to use the novel Sulaiman Gan's Hand by Amaliah Chotib because it contains character education values that can be taken as learning for students and to prepare themselves to become teachers who have knowledge about literature. <p><em>This research is motivated by the lack of documented information about Nias culture, one of which is the maluaya dance. The maluaya dance, which was performed at funeral ceremonies for the nobility, is gradually losing its sustainability. This is because the implementation of the maluaya dance can only be carried out at funerals for the nobility (Si'ulu) and people who are classified as well-off, for the intellectual group (Si'ila) not all can carry it out because apart from looking at the family's abilities, they also have to fulfill several requirements. . The aim of this research is to determine the cultural semiotic meaning of the maluaya dance, the procedures for its implementation, the equipment and clothing used in the maluaya dance. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Based on the research results, the maluaya dance has two meanings, namely a discursive meaning and a presentational meaning. This research data was analyzed using data reduction, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of this research concluded that what causes students' lack of motivation to learn is students' lack of attention to the subject matter (concentration), concentration is meant to focus all attention on the learning situation and lack of concentration can cause students to have difficulty learning. Lack of student participation and response when participating in teaching and learning activities (reaction). Reactions in learning activities require the involvement of physical and mental elements, as a form of reaction, so that learning must be active and students are slow in understanding the material (comprehension) and this results in low student learning outcomes. <p>Learning difficulties or learning disabilities, also known as learning disorders or learning disabilities, are disorders that make it difficult for the individual concerned to carry out learning activities effectively. The factors that cause learning difficulties are not easy to determine because these factors are complex. This research aims to analyze students' learning difficulties in learning biology in class X SMA Negeri 1 Gomo for the 2022/2023 academic year. The approach used in this research is to use a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research that describes existing data, analyzes and interprets it. The research results that researchers obtained when carrying out research activities were as follows: the completeness of school facilities was still incomplete regarding biology subjects and most students found it difficult to learn scientific language so that this could result in students still getting grades above the KKM. The conclusion of this research is that: Based on the results of the research and discussion discussed in the previous chapter, the conclusion of this research is that students experience several difficulties in participating in teaching and learning activities in the classroom, especially in Biology subjects, such as laboratory rooms. not available, microscopes, projectors and several other facilities that support these learning activities. The reason why students find it difficult to learn scientific language is that students are less interested in studying and the books or teaching materials used only focus on one book, namely books published in the 2013 curriculum, so that students' involvement in learning is not fully able to follow it well. <p><em>This research aims to produce scientifically based products on circulatory system materials that are valid, practical and effective. This type of research is the development of a 4-D Model, namely defining, designing, developing and disseminating. The research method used in this research is research and development. Based on the results of the development of scientific-based LKPD on the circulatory system material for class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Lahusa, it can be used by teachers and students in teaching and learning activities, showing very valid results. This can be seen from the results obtained, namely the results of the validator (Lecturer) test with an average score of 87.49%, the results of the practicality test by the teacher with a score of 4, stated to be very practical, the practicality test by students with an average 3.87, stated to be very practical, testing students' effectiveness during the learning process using LKPD was categorized as very effective, student motivation results with an average score of 94.59% in the very high category and student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain showed very good results with average 84.5. So, it can be concluded that the development of scientific-based LKPD on scientific-based circulatory system material is declared valid, practical and effective and can increase student motivation and learning outcomes. <p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui apakah penerapan model pembelajaran <em>Inquiri Learning </em>dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS dengan jumlah siswa 18 orang. Model pembelajaran <em>Inquiri Learning Tipe Group Resume</em> adalah model pembelajaran secara berkelompok dimana siswa yang berperan lebih aktif belajar dari beberapa topik yang ditentukan oleh guru yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam belajar IPS Terpadu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan SMP Negeri 1 Onohazumba dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VIII Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 18 orang terdiri dari 11 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Tiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan ditambah satu kali pertemuan pemberian tes hasil belajar. Hasil belajar siswa tidakmeningkat pada siklus ke-1, ternyata persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa belum memenuhi target yang diterapkan sebesar 71%. Maka dilanjutkan pada siklus ke-II 91,9%, dengan kategori sangat baik. Hal ini dapat meningkat karena siswa mampu membangun tim dengan baik. Kesimpulan melaui model pembelajaran <em>Inquiri Learning </em>merupakan pembelajaran yang di arahkan untuk membangun tim dan melibatkan peserta didik dalam meninjau ulang materi dari pelajaran sebelumnya.</p>Yadina Halawa

<p>Latar belakang masalah penelitian ini adalah pada tahun 2020-2021 pelaksanaan dana Desa belum sesuai dengan perencanaan karena kurang diprioritaskan dalam pembangunan desa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan dana Desa Bukit Burasi Di Kecamatan Hilisalawa’ahe. Jenis penelitian adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan bahwa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban telah dilakukan secara efektif sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat desa Bukit Burasi di Kecamatan Hilisalawa’ahe yaitu pembangunan fisik mulai dari tahun 2020-2021 telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah Pengelola dana desa Bukit Burasi di Kecamatan Hilisalawa’ahe pada tahun 2021 diprioritaskan pada BLT atau bantuan langsung tunai kepada masayarakat, sehingga pembangunan WC umum, gudang air, pembangunan parit, pembangunan rehabilitas jalan raya tidak mencapai target. Saran pada penelitian ini yakni (1) Diharapkan pembangunan desa sangat perlu diperhatikan pada skala pembangunan yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya, seperti pembangunan fisi baik balai desa, gedung TK, gapura sehingga membuat masyarakat semakin nyaman atas musyawarah yang telah dilaksanakan. <p>Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah ketika siswa memulai kelas IPS, mereka tidak harus hanya bergantung pada buku teks. Sebaliknya, guru mata pelajaran dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pembelajaran di kelas dengan menghadirkan berbagai ide, sehingga memungkinkan siswa memperoleh pengetahuan seperti siswa di sekolah lain yang memiliki fasilitas buku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa baik instruktur IPS dalam merancang pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII-1. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah (1) Lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, (2) Tes Hasil Belajar, (3) Lembar Wawancara (4) Dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian bahwa guru mampu mengkontruksi pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan cara mempersiapkan perangkat pembelajaran berupa silabus, RPP, media peninjang pembelejaran seperti kertas manila, alat menggambar sebagai acuan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, guru menggunakan metode pembelajaran <em>Mind Mapping </em>dengan membentuk siswa dalam kelompok untuk menyajikan hasil segala materi yang telah diterima ketika guru menjelaskan. Tujuan penggunaan metode pembelajaran <em>Mind Mapping </em>ini adalah agar siswa memilki kesempatan untuk mengemukakan pendapat dan mengolah informasi yang didapat dan dapat meningkatan keterampilan siswa dalam berkomunikasi. Anggota kelompok bertanggungjawab atas keberhasilan kelompoknya serta ketuntasan bagian materi yang dipelajari dan dapat menyamapian kepada kelompoknya. Peneliti menyarankan: (1) Kepala sekolah hendaknya selalu menganjurkan kepada semua guru untuk mengajar dengan metode yang membuat siswa aktif, merasa senang, dan nyaman sehingga kejenuhan akan terhindar; (2) Guru hendaknya memberikan perhatian dan waktu yang lebih banyak melalui kegiatan tanya jawab, karena dapat menambah wawasan bagi siswa dalam memecahkan masalah kehidupan siswa sehari-hari; (3) Siswa hendaknya banyak membaca berbagai buku baik fiksi maupun non- fiksi terutama yang berkaitan dengan materi pelajaran IPS khususnya dan semua mata pelajaran yang diajarkan umumnya; (4) temuan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan bagi peneliti selanjutnya.</p>Bestin Irawan ZalukhuMartiman Suaizisiwa Sarumaha
