The subjects in this research were PPKn subject teachers and class VII students at Fajar Mas Lasori II Private Middle School. Data collection techniques in this research used 1) Observation Techniques, 2) Interview Techniques, 3) Documentation Techniques. The data analysis technique in this research uses 1) Data Reduction, 2) Data Presentation, 3) Conclusion Drawing. The results of this research indicate that the character values ​​of students in class VII PPKn learning at Fajar Mas Lasori II Private Middle School are good. So it can be concluded that 1) Based on the results of interviews with teachers and students presented in Chapter VI, it can be concluded that the character values ​​of class VII students at Fajar Mas Lasori II Private Middle School are good 2) The results of this research data analysis show that PPKn learning in class VII Fajar Mas Lasori II Private Middle School has been integrated with all character values. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan fokus pada guru pendidikan pancasila dan peserta didik kelas x-1. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan data sekunder mencakup literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa canva memiliki potensi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan menyajikan materi yang menarik dan interaktif. Many times, humans overlook the fact that their actions, which cause harm to the environment, might have negative consequences on the surrounding ecosystem. A comprehensive comprehension of the law is essential for cultivating a structured, safe, and cohesive communal existence. Ada beberapa masalah dengan kedisiplinan siswa selama kegiatan pembelajaran, seperti ketika mereka tidur di kelas, membuat keributan saat guru mengajar, ruang kelas yang berantakan, dan masalah lainnya. Oleh karena itu, guru harus mengambil peran sebagai evaluator untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis hasil belajar siswa di kelas untuk melihat dan mengukur kemajuan belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami metode yang digunakan guru kewarganegaraan untuk meningkatkan minat siswa dalam pelajaran mereka. Penelitian ini memiliki dasar kualitatif yang kuat berkat observasi literatur. Data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan sebagai bagian dari metodologi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa guru PPKn berperan penting untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam belajar. Guru PPKn sebagai evaluator, mereka membandingkan kemampuan siswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan dan berperan dalam kerja sama kelompok. Selain itu, guru PPKn juga berperan dalam mengembangkan keterampilan membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil, mengatur pelajaran, dan menjaga tata tertib sekolah.</p> <p>Kata Kunci: Guru PPKn; Evaluator; Keaktifan Belajar.</p> <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p> <p><em>Using the Civics Teacher's Guide as an Evaluator to Increase Student Engagement in Learning is a Crucial Aspect in Civic Education and Pancasila Education. There are some problems with students' discipline during learning activities, such as when they sleep in class, make noise when the teacher is teaching, messy classroom, and other problems. Therefore, teachers should take the role as evaluators to evaluate and analyze students' learning outcomes in class to see and measure students' learning progress. The purpose of this study is to understand the methods civics teachers use to increase students' interest in their lessons. This research has a strong qualitative basis thanks to literature observation. Primary and secondary data were collected as part of the research methodology. The results stated that Civics teachers play an important role to increase students' activeness in learning. Civics teachers as evaluators, they compare students' abilities in answering questions and play a role in group cooperation. The reason for the low student learning outcomes is because teachers are only focused on applying conventional learning methods. To overcome these low student learning outcomes, it is necessary to apply an appropriate learning model, namely the Probing Prompting learning model. The purpose of carrying out this research is to determine the effect of the Probing Prompting learning model on student learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The sample for this research was class VII-A with a total of 34 students and class VII-B with a total of 33 students. The instrument used is a learning outcomes test which is divided into two, namely the initial test and the final test and documentation. Based on the results of data processing that has been carried out and hypothesis test calculations, </em><em>&nbsp;=5.4 and </em><em>, =1.68. The aim of the research is to determine the application of the double loop problem solving learning method to improve PPKn learning outcomes for class VIII SMP Negri 2 Teluk for the 2023/2024 academic year. This type of research is a class action lawsuit (PTK). This research targeted 30 class VIII students and the results showed that student learning outcomes increased. This is shown by an increase in student learning outcomes in Cycle I which has an average score of 1. Cycle II has a completeness level of 100% with a score of 64, a completeness level of 56.67%, and an average score of 78.17. By applying the double loop problem solving learning method, students are trained to design discoveries, solve problems, and build good working relationships between students. It can be concluded that the application of the "Double Loop Problem Solving" learning method will improve PPKn learning outcomes for class VIII SMP Negri 2 Teluk for the 2023/2024 academic year. The suggestions put forward by researchers are: 1) Students should play an active role in learning activities.
