Abstract

Indonesia is a country characterized by diverse ethnic groups, religions, races, cultures, languages, and traditions, which constitute both its national wealth and identity. However, this diversity also presents challenges in maintaining national unity and solidarity amid the dynamics of social life. Therefore, strong national integrity is essential to fostering brotherhood, tolerance, and solidarity among citizens. One approach to strengthening national integrity is through the implementation of Pancasila's ethical values in social, national, and civic life. This study aims to analyze the role of Pancasila's ethical values in developing national integrity and strengthening the unity of the Indonesian nation. This research employs a literature review method using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through a review of relevant references, including scholarly journal articles, books, and other academic publications. The collected data were analyzed through identification, classification, and interpretation of concepts and findings from previous studies. The results of the literature review indicate that the implementation of Pancasila's five principles plays an essential role in shaping citizens' character based on religious values, humanity, unity, deliberation, and social justice. The application of these values can strengthen national integrity, promote tolerance, and prevent conflicts arising from differences within society. Therefore, the values of Pancasila's ethics should be continuously instilled and practiced by all elements of society to maintain national unity and preserve the integrity of the Indonesian nation.
