The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach, which allows the researcher to deeply examine the dynamics occurring in this context. The research sample consists of 10 children from the Subuh education program and 2 counselors directly involved in the counseling process. The research instruments include in-depth interviews and direct observation of the counseling activities conducted. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with children and counselors, as well as direct observation of the interactions and ongoing counseling activities. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify relevant patterns and themes in the guidance and counseling of the children in the Subuh education program. To ensure data validity, this study applied source triangulation, which involved comparing data obtained from different sources, as well as technique triangulation, which combined interviews and observations. The results indicate that guidance and counseling play a significant role in improving children's motivation, discipline, and religious understanding. Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada tantangan psikologis yang dihadapi remaja, termasuk perasaan tidak aman yang dapat memengaruhi perkembangan identitas dan kesejahteraan mental. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara dan observasi partisipatif terhadap remaja sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik self-acceptance secara signifikan meningkatkan kesadaran diri, memungkinkan remaja untuk menerima kelebihan dan kekurangan mereka, serta mengurangi rasa cemas. Selain itu, dukungan sosial dari teman sebaya berperan penting dalam proses ini. Penelitian merekomendasikan integrasi teknik refleksi dalam program pembelajaran di sekolah untuk mendukung kesehatan mental remaja. This research also aims to provide new insights for counselors, especially those working within Muslim communities, on how to integrate religious values into counseling practices. With a holistic approach, Islamic counseling is expected to offer an effective alternative in helping individuals cope with anxiety comprehensively, addressing both psychological and spiritual dimensions. Anxiety is one of the most common psychological issues experienced by people across different societal backgrounds. Contributing factors such as social pressure, economic stress, and high self-expectations often trigger anxiety. This study focuses on how Islamic counseling methods can provide peace and tranquility to individuals experiencing anxiety. The article investigates the core principles of Islamic counseling, emphasizing spiritual understanding, prayer, and the human relationship with God as sources of inner calm. The implementation of religious norms, including routine activities such as collective prayers, scripture reading, and religious teachings, is believed to have a positive impact on the development of students' character. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of religious norms in the school significantly contributes to the formation of students' social and spiritual behavior, including increased discipline, respect, responsibility, and emotional management skills. Furthermore, students who actively participate in religious activities tend to show more empathy towards their peers and demonstrate honesty in exams. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of academic achievement of students before and after the implementation of group guidance services and to test the effectiveness of group guidance services in improving academic achievement of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Toma, especially in sociology subjects. The research method used was quantitative with the one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 26 students of class X-Anggrek who were selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through learning outcome tests before and after the provision of group guidance services, and analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the results of the hypothesis test obtained a Zcount value of 3.88 with N = 26 and α = 0.05, because Zcount> 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the Ha Hypothesis is accepted which states that group guidance services are effective in improving academic achievement because of the treatments that have been given by researchers or guidance and counseling teachers to help students improve their academic achievement. Suggestions; 1) For schools, they should schedule guidance and counseling teachers in schools in accordance with Permendikbud No. 25 of 2024, 2) for guidance and counseling teachers, they should be able to motivate, guide, direct and provide understanding to students about the importance of improving academic achievement, 3) For subject teachers, teachers should be able to better understand how to improve students' academic achievement so that learning in the classroom is more effective, 4) For students, students are expected to be able to apply ways to improve academic achievement in every learning in the classroom, 5) For further researchers, it is hoped that they can conduct research on other aspects of learning to improve students' academic achievement.</em></p>2025-03-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Counseling For All : Jurnal Bimbingan dan Konseling
